Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before you confirm payment — there are no surprises.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, including remote and regional areas. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, public holidays, or carrier circumstances outside our control.

Please note: As we work with a network of suppliers to bring you the best range and pricing, some orders may arrive in separate parcels if you have ordered multiple items. You will receive individual tracking details for each parcel.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@soccerstore.store.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please do the following:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
  2. Check with neighbours or your local post office in case of a missed delivery
  3. Contact us at support@soccerstore.store with your order number

We will investigate promptly and work with the carrier to locate your parcel. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@soccerstore.store — we can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been shipped. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for a free replacement.
